Arab Qatari Agricultural Production Company has been established by the 8th decree issued by His Highness the Amir of State of Qatar in Nov. 1989. The Companies' capital (47.000.00 QR) is dually shared by the government of the State of Qatar (Hassad Foods) and Arab Authority for Agricultural & Investment Development (AAAID). The company activities include production of at least 4000 tons vegetables crops per year, 6:7 million ornamental plants, seasonal, indoor, outdoor, and ground covers plants per year. The company has commercial section for agricultural materials trading (fertilizer, pesticides, peatmoss, potting soil, equipment, and tractors) The company maintains green houses, tunnels and shading net and carry out all works and tenders for landscaping.
